Booking & Cancellation Policy To reserve your appointment, basic contact information and a valid credit or debit card are required. A 20% non-refundable booking fee will be collected when your appointment is scheduled. • Your booking fee is applied toward your total service cost at checkout. • If booking in person, you may pay your booking fee in cash. • You may reschedule one time without losing your booking fee, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice. • Any additional reschedules will require a new booking fee. For online booking, please use a traditional debit or credit card. Some prepaid cards may not be accepted by our booking system. Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens—I completely understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client. • Less than 24 hours' notice: Your booking fee will be forfeited. • No-call, no-show: Your first no-call, no-show will be waived as a courtesy. Any additional no-call, no-shows will result in a 25% fee charged to the card on file. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of other clients.
