**Cancellation & Booking Policy** To secure your appointment, basic contact information and a credit card are required. A NON-refundable booking fee will be charged based on your selected service. - If booking in person, you may pay the booking fee in cash. - Your booking fee goes toward your total service cost at checkout. -You can reschedule ONCE without losing your booking fee, as long as it’s done BEFORE the 24-hour cutoff. For online booking, please use a traditional debit or credit card (not a prepaid or Chime card) to secure your appointment. Prepaid cards, including Chime, aren’t accepted by our booking system. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** Life happens—I get it! But please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps me fill your spot and keep things running smoothly. - LESS than 24 hours' notice?? That’s considered a last-minute cancellation, and your booking fee will be forfeited. - No-call, no-shows: The first one is excused (things happen), but if it happens again, an additional 25% fee of the booked service will be charged to your card on file.
